Smaller files and fewer pages usually convert faster.

Immediate deletion

Files and outputs are deleted from the server immediately after conversion.

When upload fails+

The file may exceed 100MB or not be a PDF. Check the file type and size.

When conversion stops+

Check your connection, refresh the page, and try again.

When ZIP download fails+

Check your browser popup/download blocking settings.
